Ans. Sheikh Chilli won the prize. Sheikh Chilli called Chhotey Nawab the biggest fool in the state. He also said that he did not deserve to be sitting on the Nawab's throne Chhotey Nawab was angry. But Sheikh Chilli told whatever he said was the biggest lie. In this way, he won the prize.
