Child Labour

As per the act children between 6 to 14 has the right to go to schools. This is true that children have to work in the dangerous situation under Matchbox making, carpet weaving, gem polishing and so on. Article 24 of the Indian constitution clearly States that "No Child below the age of fourteen years shall be employed to work in any factory or mine or employed in any hazardous employment.

There are many reasons why children have to work. Many poor people think children as member to earn and support the family.

Children have to work for their livelihood.

Child labour many times result in extreme bodily and mental harm and even death.

So, I think this is a right step to ban child labour in India.
